Our displays are 24-hour rentals. If you’d like to keep the celebration going longer, additional days can be added during the booking process.

We coordinate setup based on when you tell us the “coast is clear.”

During the summer months, we typically complete installations between 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM due to multiple evening setups.

If you have a specific time window, please note it in your order form and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Our signs are rain-resistant! 

However, in cases of severe inclement weather (lightning, high winds, heavy snow, or subzero temps), we may be unable to set up for safety reasons.

If we must cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Dates are only secured once payment has been received. We are unable to hold dates without completed payment, especially during peak seasons and weekends.

To guarantee your reservation, please complete payment promptly after confirmation.

48+ Hours Notice: You may choose a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future booking.


Same-Day Cancellation: We are unable to offer refunds or credits for cancellations made on the day of the event.

Please ensure your lawn is mowed and well-watered so the ground is soft enough for staking. We also kindly ask that you:
Turn off sprinklers and Ring cameras if it’s a surprise.
Ensure all pet waste is cleared from the setup area.
Avoid mowing around the signs once they are installed, as grass clippings can cause permanent staining.

Absolutely! We offer indoor setup options using display stands instead of lawn stakes. Please indicate this in your order form so we can prepare accordingly.
