Terms and Conditions

  1. General policies Property of Yard Fairy Expressions All yard card signs, letters, and accessories remain the property of Yard Fairy Expressions. Yard sign placement: Setups are exclusively in the front yard and must have a grassy, unobstructed surface. Yard Fairy Expressions is not responsible for damage to hidden sprinkler systems, utility lines, or landscaping. Safe installation: We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if the intended yard is unsafe for our employees or our inventory due to loose animals, rocks, hard soil, or other hazards. If you can’t put a pencil in the ground our signs can’t go in either. Photographic release: Yard Fairy Expressions reserves the right to photograph your yard card display for promotional and marketing purposes, including for social media, unless you request otherwise.
  2. Rental process and payment Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your desired date. Pricing: All prices include delivery, setup, and removal of the yard card display. Booking confirmation: Reservations are secured on a first-paid, first-reserved basis.
  3. Customer responsibilities By renting from Yard Fairy Expressions, the customer agrees to the following: Provide accurate information: The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and delivery instructions. No refunds will be given for incorrect address submissions. Notify the recipient: If the yard card is a surprise, the customer is responsible for notifying the homeowner or recipient to ensure they do not interfere with the setup or removal. Lawn preparation: Turn off sprinkler systems for the duration of the rental. Postpone any lawn maintenance, including mowing or weed-trimming, until the signs are removed, as grass clippings can stain the displays. For hard-packed soil, watering the lawn in the days before the setup can help. Protect the display: Ensure the display is not moved, tampered with, or removed. We will take display down. Do not attach anything to the display, including balloons, which can melt and damage the signs. Keep pets away from the signs to prevent damage.
  4. Damages and theft Damage liability: The customer who booked the yard card is responsible for any damage, destruction, or theft of the rental property. Replacement cost: The customer will be invoiced for the full replacement value of any missing or damaged signs, stakes, letters, or graphics.
  5. Cancellations and refunds Refunds are not provided for the following scenarios: The recipient or homeowner requests early removal. We are denied access to the property (e.g., gated communities, loose animals). The address provided was incorrect. The yard is not suitable for installation (e.g., no grassy area, hard-packed soil). Cancellation by customer: If you must cancel, you must do so at least [e.g., 48] hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Later cancellations may result in a partial refund or no refund. Cancellation due to weather: In case of severe weather, we may be unable to install the signs. We will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
  6. Liability waiver By booking a rental, the customer agrees to the following: Assumption of risk: You agree to assume all liability for any injury or property damage that may occur during the rental period.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery and setup will be the night before the event after 6 PM or between 5 AM-9 AM on the day of the event. Time depends on our delivery schedule unless otherwise agreed to. Many times we do this in the dark and are sometimes picked up on a Ring Camera, we don’t want to ruin a suprise but we need to remain safe. Please let someone know we will be in the yard.

Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery or pick up.  Set ups WILL NOT  be done in high winds (20 mph +), Thunder & lighting or  Heavy Rain or Snow(if its going to snow 3 inches or more at set up) Sub Zero temps (signs can crack and tape will not adhere to signs).  If we need to cancel we will refund or reschedule. We NEVER want to cancel your sign but sometimes weather is not in our favor.

Payment

We accept payment through  Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cashapp

PAYING for your event reserves your date. We DO NOT hold dates!
